At STUDIO MUI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all STUDIO MUI tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
